How long does it take to get my order?
All Sparkle & Shine pieces are made-to-order, handcrafted here in California. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made before it ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! You have 1 week from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start the process, just email us or send us a message first to let us know — we'll take it from there.
Can I customize my order?
Right now we don't offer customization — each design comes exactly as shown, in Black or White. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list to hear about new designs and drops!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! While our standard shipping covers the United States, we're happy to ship internationally too — just email us or send us a message first so we can calculate the additional shipping fee for your location before you order.
What sizes do you carry?

What are your pieces made of?
Each design features genuine Brazilian rhinestone crystals, chenille patches, or embroidery — carefully applied by hand. See our Care Guide for washing instructions to keep your piece sparkling.
Why is everything made-to-order?
Because every piece is cut and crafted specifically for you rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf — it's how we keep the quality high and avoid overproduction. It also means your item is uniquely yours.
