WE'RE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER
Every Sparkle and Shine piece is made specifically for you. Whether you're repping mahjong, canasta, or both — your order gets real time and care put into it. Please check your size carefully before checking out. Size guides are on every product page — use them, babe! We are not responsible for sizing errors made at checkout.
RETURNS
We got you — as long as you follow the rules. We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of your order being fulfilled.
Your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Purchased at full price
If it doesn't meet these requirements, we reserve the right to deny the return. No hard feelings — just keeping it fair for everyone.
REFUNDS
Here's how it works:
- Refunds go back to your original form of payment only
- A $13 return processing fee is deducted from your refund
- Original shipping is non-refundable
- Allow up to 5 business days for your refund to reflect
NO EXCHANGES
We don't do exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a fresh order — just know we can't guarantee your size will still be available!
