SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME Because every Sparkle and Shine piece is custom made to order for mahjong and canasta players, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. We don't rush art — but we do move with intention!
SHIPPING TIME Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
PLEASE NOTE
- Orders placed after 2 PM Friday will begin processing the next business day
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has shipped
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered — please contact your carrier directly
- Double check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot redirect orders once they are placed
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping!
